.coop application for 1 & 2 character domain names

DotCooperation LLC have applied to ICANN to be allowed to release one and two character domains a.coop 99.coop etc

ICANN has just posted their proposed service application
“Release / Allocation of Single Character Names”
http://www.icann.org/registries/rsep/coop-request-29may08.pdf

On the same day as .mobi applied to be allowed to release their .mobi single character domain names.
